I guess my biggest frustration and the thing I struggle for patience with in this whole adoption experience is the lack of communication. I hate feeling like a pest, when I'm trying to get a question answered.
I've been trying to get some questions answered about the court process and guidelines for mailing a care package to Kaylee. I've emailed a few times, called with no answer, left voice mails and talked with someone in the office who didn't have the answers. This has all been over an almost 2 week period. Still no answers.
I try to understand that the agency is very busy and that over a dozen families are traveling this month to get their babies, but it still would be nice to at least get an acknowledgement of our emails so we know the great internet monster didn't eat them.
Anyway, just venting a bit. Hopefully hear something soon.

vent away!!! I think that's one of the big frustrations with adoption too, the not hearing. Hopefully you will get your questions answered soon.
