Medical Letters & CIS Notice

I received the photo pages instructions– requires quite a bit, including a studio photo and lots of family photos. Luckily we have our family beach vacation coming up and hopefully can get lots of fun photos there.

The medical letter has to be notarized and Troy and I are trying to figure out how to coordinate that with our Doctors. Neither of our Doctors have a notary on staff. With the help of my Doctor’s Nurse we did determine there is a credit union in the lobby and Troy called them and they will notarize the letter, but the doctor has to go to them. I will try to pre-pay it and plead with him to go down there in a timely fashion. Troy isn’t so lucky and is trying to contact some traveling notaries to see if that will work. This letter seems to be very important, as we must carry it with us to Taiwan.

We received a notice from the Jax USCIS office stating we had 12 weeks (until 7/10/06) to get our homestudy to them or our application would be denied.
