Immigration Package Received

We received our immigration package today to apply for Kaylee's VISA. I thought there would only be one form to complete, but turns out there are 5 and we have a lot of documentation to turn in as well. This includes our last 3 years worth of tax records, birth certificates, marriage license, divorce decrees, etc.

The good news is we don't have to process it through a US government agency. We will complete the paperwork this weekend and fedex the originals to AIT in Taiwan in preparation for our VISA appointment for Kaylee. We will also carry a copy of all the paperwork with us in our carryon luggage and leave a set with a friend here at home per our Agency's recommendation to aid us should any of our originals get lost.
