Snack Adventure

We walked around a bit this afternoon checking out some of the side streets near our hotel. We saw a line standing outside one of the open-air restaurants and stopped to see what was so popular. There were several employees making dough in the back and a husband & wife team taking turns steaming/frying the dough and cutting it up. We talked with the woman behind us who helped us out a bit. She told us what this delicious snack is called, but we forgot it.

They were very inexpensive and, even though we ordered one to share, way too big. Tasted really great.
