Found two errors today, that are luckily fixable without too much effort. The first one was my medical letter, which had the word SUBSCRIBED misspelled. Spell check didn't catch it, as it was in all caps. Luckily, that was just a matter of reprinting the letters since they hadn't been notarized. (I'm sure you could imagine how horrible it would have been if I hadn't caught that before my doctor's appointment.)
The second was a date error on our financial statement. The notary dated it with the year 2009. We'll have to reprint those and meet up to get them renotarized - hopefully this week.
I guess the positive in these situations is that they were caught before our dossier was sent in and we can get them redone fairly easily.

It's always good to catch those BEFORE it all goes out. They had my name totally wrong, I mean not even close on our addendum. Imagine how that would have gone over.
YIIII that would have been huge! It's so hard to catch the mistakes, with the pressure of knowing they need to be perfect and reading them so many times your eye skips over some things.
