DCF Delay

I attended my first Presbyterian Women’s Circle Meeting held at the Pastor’s house. It’s the last one until September. There were 16 women there. We had a great time. Everyone brought different types of salads and I ate way too much before sitting down to an excellent Bible study on Daniel. The theme was tell God’s message in a foreign land (how appropriate) :)

I check with Lisa to see if she’s received our DCF clearance and after checking with her home office, she discovers they never received our paperwork! It was sent in over a month ago and should have only taken 1-2 weeks. She faxes it to me at work and we have to complete and mail it in and start over :( At least I didn’t wait until after returning from vacation to check on it, which would have added several more weeks.
